OUR HISTORY
In the dawn of the 1990’s, after our first downsizing from mainframe applications to systems called client-server and relational database, we grew aware of the enormous operational difficulties and challenges of the new technologic platforms existing at that moment. We lived with the “pain” of such challenges throughout that entire decade.
After the “millennium bug” fad, our “guru”, Fabio Rodrigues, devised the first ideas and the conception of a definitive solution to “orchestrate” and, effectively, “automate” the new IT scenario.
From 2002 to 2007, Fabio created and developed an array of “Automation Tools”, which made his “Operation and Applications Support” team attain productivity rates five-fold superiors to the others, in a great North-American financial institution.
This set of web-based tools allowed for the automation with delegation of many activities related to operations, applications management and files sharing and managing.
From 2008 to the present day, our “guru” has been investing his time in the improvement and constant update of his new and revolutionary tool of Automation with Delegation: the RAAD (Remote Automation and Access Delegation).
Since its conception, RAAD was developed with the sole purpose of automating the complete DevSecOps and ITO cycle, incorporating the more recent technologies of the market, such as JAVA language and distributed processing.
RAAD is the definitive automation.
As of 2013, we received our first investment contribution to amplify the development of RAAD.
As of 2016, we received our second investment contribution to release RAAD in Americas’ market.

ANTONIO CANDAL
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – CEO
Candal is veteran of the Information Technology market, with over 36 years of experience. He has performed more than half of his professional life abroad and has an extensive expertise in software and hardware development, technical support, project managing, direct selling, channel selling, channels managing, marketing, relationship market, finances, general management and development of international businesses.
The RAAD Solutions is his 7th startup. Previously, Candal worked at companies such as INPE (Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais – “National Institute for Space Research”), DEC, Sun Microsystems, Platinum technology, Hewlett Packard, Extreme Networks and SAAS Brasil.

FABIO L S RODRIGUES
FOUNDER & TECHNOLOGY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – CTO
Fabio is a veteran of IT systems development with over 30 years of experience. He has an extensive technical career in areas such as Solutions Development, Operation, System and Security Administration. His unique and diversified technical expertise, uniquely qualifies him to envision, in practice, a product’s entire life cycle as from a business need.
Fabio is one of the pioneers and, probably, the first DevSecOps “GURU”, long before that term came to be. RAAD Solutions is fruit of Fabio Rodrigues’ vision and passion for IT Automation.
BRENT AHERN
FOUNDER & CREATION EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – CCO
Brent Ahern might seem an unusual choice for RAAD Solutions; but his creative background gives RAAD Solutions a broader perspective that can’t be found in the IT industry. His experience with Art, Interactive Design and User Experience guides the development of the companies Brand, Website, and Product Interface.
Borrowing on his project management background with the games industry; Brent brought with him experience with agile software design, teamwork based product development, a willingness to experiment with new ideas, and company cultural of collaboration.
Brent’s also responsible for envisioning and maintaining RAAD Solutions brand identity and overseeing the creation of the company’s image and marketing material.
CARLOS INGEGNERI
DIRECTOR OF SERVICES AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT
For over 25 years Carlos’s career in IT has been characterized by one thing, the ability to deliver. He’s worked with everything from IT startups to international companies like IBM and Sun Microsystems.
His career knowledge starts with a technical background in software and hardware, but extends all the way to extensive sales and management experience.
Carlos has a complete top to bottom understanding of how an IT company builds its products, how it manages its teams, and how to market and sell its products and services. Perhaps most importantly, Carlos is a team builder whose spent his career recruiting, training, and managing teams that deliver.
